Frequently asked questions
Since I can’t cast a vote in CEN Ballots, what does this mean for the deadline/process?
Open ballots are impacted by this outage, as voters are unable to cast their votes while the application is unavailable. As soon as the balloting application is available (date still to be confirmed), voters will be informed that all open ballots which were due to close during the downtime of the application, are automatically extended by a duration equivalent to the outage period.
I have an ENQ or FV ballot planned in the coming days. When will the ballot start?
For what concerns the launch of the forthcoming ballots, they will be postponed until CEN eBalloting is operational again. Further information will be communicated on the dates. This matter is closely coordinated with the ISO services.
I have a planned CEN meeting. How do I proceed?
CEN Meetings is currently available. However, you will be unable to add any new document for the moment. You can still create, view and make changes to meetings.
Zoom is also fully available.
I have a document to be submitted to procedures. What can I do?
CEN e-trans is not available and we suggest to hold the submission of the document until CEN e-trans comes back online. For urgent requests, please contact production@cencenelec.eu.
When do you think the sites and tools will be back up?
ISO is doing its best to shorten the down time - This page will be updated as sites and tools start to come back online. We will outline what goes back online as soon as we can.
