We are pleased to inform you that we are now live with the enhancements mentioned below for the Meetings application.
Relevant for Meeting Organizers
- Meeting period with start time and end time:
- One day meetings (start date = end date) must have a start time and end time
- A new option labelled “Time” is available in the meeting period selection screen to facilitate the above. It is the default option displayed during meeting creation
- Time zone selection for virtual meetings with start time and end time: now available in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) time standard
- Meeting period without start time and end time:
- Meetings without a start time and end time must be for a duration of 2 days or more
- Maximum meeting duration has been extended from 2 weeks to 1 month (31 days)
- Additional online meeting details: A new text box to enter additional details of virtual meetings (such as topic of meeting, dial-in phone numbers, etc.) is available
- Set status to not attended: Possibility to select and set status of multiple registered participants to “Not attended” at the same time
Relevant for all users
- Time zone of meeting:
- Possibility to view the start time of meetings in user’s local time zone.
- Meeting details “export to excel” includes meeting time in three time zones: as selected by meeting organizer, in GMT (UTC+00), and in user’s local time zone.
- Additional online meeting details: Registered participants can view additional details of the virtual meeting entered by meeting organizer
Bug Fix
- List of MC & MPA for CEN meetings: now points to Performance indicators and Extractions in the CEN Portal.
