Updated Guidelines for Accessible Word and PDF documents

The Strategic Advisory Group on Accessibility (SAGA) took the initiative to develop Guidelines for Accessible Word and PDF documents, so that all Technical Bodies who wish to ensure their work is readable by the widest possible audience can now make this happen. In this way, SAGA is also responded to requests by Technical Bodies looking for support in this area.

The Guidelines start by laying out the steps to create an accessible Word document and then continue to give exact instructions on how to convert an already-accessible Word document into PDF, so that the PDF file maintains the same accessibility level.
