Release of the new Technical Body Dashboard to access Submission Interface.
The Technical Body Dashboard (TB) is meant to gather on the longer term, actions to be performed by the Technical Body Secretary. Currently it gives access to Submission Interface but should, in the future, be integrated with other tools used by TB Officers.
